One of our long-time customers who is a worldwide leader in the design, and manufacturing of highly-engineered integrated expeditionary products and solutions, such as portable heating and cooling units for military, government, industrial and commercial customers contracted us to manufacture this Mounting Plate. This was hand spun with hand, caliper rollers from .160" Aluminum blanks. We then used precision CNC machining and drilling to locate and open the center holes and placed the mounting holes, maintaining tight tolerances. All burrs and sharp edges we removed and close inspection using CMM Faro Arm was performed.
